As most of you know, I'm trying to grow my hair out. It's going pretty well, and my lovely, curly locks are down to my shoulders already. I've been pulling it up into a pony-tail a lot lately (which, I'm thinking, kind of proves I should just cut it again, lol). Today, I had it back in a pony-tail, and it was just bugging Lizzie. She kept squinting at my head and then scowling. So, I bent over and she grinned from ear to ear as she whipped that rubber band out of my hair, fluffed and positioned my hair around my face. "Aaaaaah!" she said in satisfaction, with the grin still on her face as she stepped back to survey her work. My little hair stylist in the making. She turns six next month, and I'm in total denial.
Nate and I are looking forward to our trip to SLC in April. Andy and Lizzie . . . not so much. Maybe we'll just leave Andy and Lizzie at home and go by ourselves, eh? I am SO looking forward to meeting some of my closest adoption friends! Nate can't wait to see A again. Just a few more weeks till both of us get what we want! WHEEE! And, honestly, a break sounds SO good right now! Wuhoo! Utah, here we come (in three weeks)!
Any ideas for a 13th wedding anniversary date? It's coming up quick in June! (Hint, hint, Andy!) Can't believe we've been married that long. I suddenly feel very old. ;)
